Content creator Zeinab Harake criticized Facebook pages that allegedly repost and monetize clips from her vlogs without permission in a recent Facebook post.

Harake said some pages present themselves as fan accounts while uploading edited clips from her videos without linking to the original uploads on YouTube. She also alleged that some of these pages blocked her team to prevent them from reporting the content.

The vlogger said unauthorized reposts affect the viewership of her official YouTube uploads and reduce the returns from content her team spends money and effort to produce. She urged pages to stop reposting her videos illegally.

In the comments section of her post, Harake asked supporters to watch content only through her official accounts and report pages reposting her videos.

Harake launched her YouTube channel in 2019 and reached six million subscribers within its first year. Her channel currently has 15.4 million subscribers.

She also appeared in the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival entry “Kampon” alongside actors Derek Ramsay and Beauty Gonzalez.
