A San Antonio, Texas, resident has won a $1 million prize in a recent Powerball drawing by matching five out of the six numbers.

The winning numbers were 15, 16, 32, 47, and 54, with the Powerball number being 6. Although the ticket did not match the Powerball number, which would have resulted in a larger prize, the winner is still set to receive $1 million.

The ticket was purchased at a local gas station, which has since gained attention from the community as news of the win spreads.

The Texas Lottery Commission has confirmed the win and is awaiting the ticket holder’s claim.

Powerball is a popular lottery game where players select five numbers from a pool of 69, along with one Powerball number from a set of 26.

Matching all five numbers and the Powerball wins the jackpot, while other combinations result in varying prize amounts.

In this case, the San Antonio ticket matched the five main numbers, earning the $1 million prize.

The Texas Lottery Commission has reminded the winner to claim the prize within the specified time frame.
