Beauty queen and model Olivia Culpo has announced that she and her husband, NFL player Christian McCaffrey, are expecting their second child.
The Miss Universe 2012 titleholder shared the news on Saturday, May 9, through an Instagram post marking her 34th birthday. The post included family photos showing Culpo on a picnic date with McCaffrey and their first child, along with a sonogram image of their second baby.
“Best birthday gift. Baby #2 coming soon,” Culpo wrote in the caption, without revealing how far along she is in her pregnancy.
The announcement comes roughly a year after the couple welcomed their first child, Colette, in July 2025. Culpo and McCaffrey were married in 2024.
Culpo has previously spoken openly about her struggles with endometriosis, a condition that can affect fertility. In past interviews and posts, she described the challenges of managing the condition while trying to start a family, noting concerns about how it could impact her ability to have children.
The couple has not yet shared additional details about the expected due date or the baby’s sex.
