MANILA, Philippines — South Korean actor Gong Yoo will visit Manila as part of his 2026 Asian fan meeting tour, “The Long Take.”
The announcement was made by his agency, Management SOOP, which also revealed stops in Jakarta, Yokohama, Bangkok, Macau and Seoul.
No date or venue has yet been announced for the Manila event.
Alongside the tour announcement, Gong Yoo shared a handwritten letter thanking fans for their continued support and expressing his desire to reunite with them.
“That’s why, this time, I’ve prepared a place where we can look back on those moments together. I hope we can add another new chapter to the story we’ve been writing together for so long.”
The agency also released a teaser video carrying the message, “Every long take tells a story,” introducing the theme of the Asian fan meeting tour.
Gong Yoo is known for starring in several hit Korean dramas and films, including Train to Busan, Coffee Prince, Guardian: The Lonely and Great God and Squid Game.
Earlier this year, Korean broadcaster tvN announced that Gong Yoo will reunite with fellow “Goblin” stars Kim Go-eun, Lee Dong-wook and Yoo In-na for a special program celebrating the drama’s 10th anniversary.
