PH Consulate in Houston on alert amid Kerrville floods, ready to assist kababayans

HOUSTON, Texas — The Philippine Consulate General in Houston is closely monitoring recent flooding in Kerrville and surrounding communities and counties, officials announced Tuesday.

The Consulate issued an advisory urging the public to stay updated through local weather reports and emergency advisories. Officials also instructed individuals to immediately contact local authorities for emergency assistance as needed.

Consulate officials stated they remain ready to provide appropriate support to Filipino nationals affected by the flooding. Filipinos in need of assistance may contact the Consulate through telephone at (346) 256-4522 or by email at pcghouston.atn@gmail.com.

The Consulate continues to coordinate with local agencies and urges the community to stay alert to changing weather conditions.
