Universal Pictures released a new trailer for “Wicked: For Good,” showcasing the friendship between Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande as Elphaba and Glinda.
The trailer went live on Universal Pictures’ social media platforms on Thursday, June 5. In the trailer, Ariana Grande’s character Glinda calls out to Cynthia Erivo’s Elphaba at the Royal Palace of Oz.
The silhouette of the Wicked Witch of the West flashes on the screen.
Additionally, the trailer features scenes of both characters picking up on their friendship, with Glinda, dressed in pink, addressing Elphaba.
