WilCo investigating string of church burglaries

Williamson County officials are investigating a string of church burglaries involving a suspect believed to be responsible for multiple incidents across the area.

The most recent burglary occurred on Sunday in Liberty Hill. Authorities have reported that the suspect has targeted churches in Liberty Hill, Lago Vista, and Jonestown.

Surveillance footage captured the individual entering the premises and removing valuables. Investigators are urging the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities.

The series of burglaries has prompted increased security measures and patrols around the affected religious institutions. Law enforcement continues to gather evidence to identify and apprehend the suspect.
