Houston, Texas — Beyoncé experienced a technical malfunction while performing at NRG Stadium during her “Cowboy Carter” tour on Saturday evening.

The incident occurred during the song “16 Carriages” when the suspended red car she was performing in began to tilt unexpectedly mid-air.

Fans at the event captured video of the moment, noting Beyoncé’s composed reaction despite the unexpected tilt. Organizers assured attendees that safety protocols were promptly enacted and confirmed that the artist was unharmed.

This concert was one of the final stops on Beyoncé’s “Cowboy Carter” tour, which has featured elaborate stage productions and large audiences. The incident did not affect the remainder of the tour schedule.

The production team released a statement acknowledging the malfunction and reaffirmed their commitment to safety, emphasizing the thorough checks conducted for all stage equipment.

Audience members expressed relief that no injuries occurred and praised the swift response from the technical crew. The show continued without further disruption, concluding with strong applause from the crowd.
