CLEVELAND — Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce purchased a $5.35 million lakefront home in Bratenahl, Ohio, giving the couple a 3.5-acre property near Kelce’s hometown of Cleveland Heights, according to WKYC.
Kelce and Swift closed the purchase in March, about four months before their July wedding in New York, real estate agents David Ayers and Nick Zawitz of The Agency Cleveland confirmed.
The 21,000-square-foot property overlooks Lake Erie and includes eight bedrooms, a two-bedroom guest cottage and a ballroom that the owners converted into a game room and home theater.
The home dates to 1895 and sits a few miles from Cleveland Heights, where Kelce grew up.
“We’re thrilled for the new owners and so excited for Cleveland,” Ayers and Zawitz said in a statement.
Swift and Kelce began dating in 2023 and married in July. Both have owned multiple properties across the United States.
The couple has not announced when they plan to spend time at the Ohio home.
Kelce is preparing for the Kansas City Chiefs’ upcoming season, which starts Sept. 14. Swift also reportedly is working on new music.
The Bratenahl purchase marks another addition to the couple’s real estate holdings as they maintain homes in several parts of the country.
