San Antonio, Texas — A tragic shooting occurred early Saturday morning outside a gentlemen’s club on San Antonio’s northeast side, resulting in the death of 19-year-old Sae Trae Williams. Williams was discovered lying in the driveway of the club, located near Perrin Beitel Road, suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest.

Responding swiftly to reports of a shooting, officers from the San Antonio Police Department arrived at the scene to find Williams with critical injuries. Emergency medical services personnel administered first aid, but despite their efforts, Williams was pronounced dead at the scene. The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has since confirmed his identity and cause of death.

The San Antonio Police Department has initiated a comprehensive investigation into the incident, actively seeking information from potential witnesses and analyzing any surveillance footage available from the vicinity to reconstruct the events that led to the shooting. Despite the ongoing investigation, no details regarding potential suspects or motives have been disclosed at this time.

The location of the incident, identified by authorities as a “sexually oriented business,” has not issued any public statement following the tragic event. Meanwhile, residents in the area have noted an increase in police presence as officers conduct interviews and collect evidence to aid their investigation.

This incident has cast a spotlight on the recurrent violence outside nightlife venues, raising significant concerns about safety in such environments. The San Antonio community is urged to exercise vigilance and report any suspicious activities to law enforcement to aid in maintaining public safety.

As patrols continue in the neighborhood to ensure the security of residents and patrons, the SAPD has called upon the public to come forward with any information that might assist in solving this case. Further details will be shared as the investigation unfolds, with the community hoping for a swift resolution.
