HOUSTON — The Philippine Consulate General in Houston will hold consular outreach missions in Lubbock, Texas, and Albuquerque, New Mexico, in October to provide consular and overseas voter registration services to Filipinos in the areas.
The Consulate will conduct the Lubbock mission on Oct. 16-17, 2026, followed by the Albuquerque mission on Oct. 18-19, 2026.
Consular officers will process passport applications and renewals, civil registration documents, document authentication, dual citizenship applications and other consular services.
The missions will also offer overseas voter registration for Filipinos preparing to participate in the 2028 Philippine National Elections.
The Consulate encouraged Filipinos in West Texas, eastern New Mexico and surrounding areas to use the outreach missions to access services closer to home.
Applicants must pre-register through the Consulate’s online registration form at tinyurl.com/COMatLBKABQ.
The Consulate said it will release the venues and additional details for both missions in a follow-up advisory.
