A Texas kindergarten student at a New Braunfels elementary school has been the alleged victim of a sexual assault incident involving two classmates.

The incident reportedly occurred in the school cafeteria, where the two boys allegedly made inappropriate physical contact with the kindergartner.

The child’s grandmother recounted being informed about the incident by school officials.

According to her account, school authorities communicated that the two boys put their hands down her grandson’s pants and touched him.

The family expressed dissatisfaction with the school’s response to the incident, particularly regarding the time it took for them to be notified and the manner in which school officials addressed the situation.

The school district has not released specific details regarding the incident but emphasized its commitment to ensuring the safety and security of all students.

Officials stated they are cooperating with law enforcement authorities to investigate the matter further.
