Jimmy Butler sustained a pelvic bruise during Game 2 of the NBA Western Conference first-round playoff series between the Golden State Warriors and the Houston Rockets, raising questions about his availability for Game 3.

Despite the injury, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr remains hopeful Butler will be able to play.

Stephen Curry, often likened to Batman with Butler as his Robin, acknowledged the challenge but emphasized the team’s need to adapt.

He downplayed comic book comparisons, instead focusing on teamwork and the collective effort required to win.

The Warriors will need other players to step up, especially after their 109-94 loss in Game 2, where Houston pulled ahead with a 38-point performance.

With the series tied 1-1, Game 3 becomes critical — and Butler’s status could play a pivotal role in its outcome.
