South Korean actor Lee Min-ho will headline the upcoming political thriller “Assassins,” the production team confirmed Monday.
The film will explore political scandals, espionage, and covert missions, and will feature several veteran Korean actors alongside Lee.
“Assassins” marks Lee’s return to the big screen following a string of successful television projects. Filming is set to begin later this year, with the production aiming for strong reception in both domestic and international markets.
