LA Tenorio vows no repeat of Hotshots’ slow start

MANILA, Philippines– Coach LA Tenorio of the Magnolia Hotshots stated that the team cannot afford slow starts, expecting to recover instantly, during the PBA Philippine Cup.

He said this following the Hotshots’ recovery from a sluggish beginning to defeat the Blackwater Bossing, 90-75. The Hotshots had a flat start in most of their games.

Tenorio emphasized the importance of consistent performance throughout the match. The Hotshots managed to secure victory against the Bossing despite the initial setback.

Blackwater Bossing has been experiencing a losing streak in the tournament. The match took place as part of the ongoing PBA Philippine Cup.

Tenorio’s comments came after observing recurring patterns in the team’s performance. The Hotshots are focusing on improving their game strategy to avoid repeated slow beginnings.
