Katseye’s Manon vows civility with labels amid exit rumors

MANILA, Philippines — Swiss singer Manon Bannerman said she is not leaving the girl group Katseye, following discussions with the labels behind the group, HYBE and Geffen.

Manon, who is on a temporary hiatus for health reasons, addressed rumors about her departure in a post on Weverse, thanking fans for their support and saying she feels supported by the agencies.

Since her hiatus began in February, Katseye has continued performing as a five-member group, including appearances at three Lollapalooza events. It is not yet confirmed whether Manon will return for the group’s upcoming performances at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival later this month.
