Teen found unresponsive at San Antonio pool, police investigating

San Antonio emergency personnel responded to an incident involving a juvenile found unresponsive at a community pool on the city’s north side.

San Antonio Police Department reported the incident took place at a pool located in the 18200 block of Cross Timber in the Rogers Ranch neighborhood.

EMS performed CPR on the juvenile male and transported him to a local hospital.

The juvenile’s condition remains unknown, though he has a pulse.

The incident remains under investigation as officials work to determine the circumstances leading up to it.
