WASHINGTON — U.S. Vice President JD Vance announced Sunday that he and his wife, Usha Vance, welcomed their fourth child, a son.

Vance shared the news in a post on X, saying both his wife and the baby are healthy.

“Usha and the baby are happy and healthy and our kids are overjoyed to meet their little brother,” Vance, 41, wrote.

The vice president is now the father of four children — three boys and one girl — all under the age of 10.

In January 2025, Vance told an anti-abortion rally that he wanted “more babies in the United States of America.”

Vance has also advocated for policies aimed at supporting families with children. However, the administration of President Donald Trump has yet to fulfill his earlier pledge to make raising children more affordable for American families.
