MANILA, Philippines– Actor Jake Ejercito has stated that he is considering legal action after an unauthorized video of his daughter, Ellie Eigenmann, was taken and shared during a public outing.
On Friday, May 30, Ejercito posted on social media that the video was recorded without Ellie’s consent.
According to Ejercito, the video was taken by an individual he referred to as an “influencer.” He expressed concern about the filming and publication of footage involving a minor without permission.
Ejercito requested that the public report the video and noted that his daughter had not agreed to be filmed or featured online.
In a follow-up post, Ejercito confirmed he is exploring possible legal remedies in response to the incident.
