Houston FBI and SWAT conduct multiple raids in Clinton Park

HOUSTON — A large-scale federal law enforcement operation is taking place Tuesday, April 7, 2026, in the Clinton Park neighborhood of east Houston, with multiple agencies executing court-authorized search warrants.

The FBI’s Houston division said agents are conducting coordinated operations at several locations in the area as part of an ongoing federal investigation. Authorities stressed there is no threat to public safety.

While officials have not disclosed details about the investigation, suspects, or arrests, residents should expect a significant law enforcement presence for several hours. The operation involves specialized units and partner agencies, including FBI Houston, FBI San Antonio, Texas Department of Public Safety, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Houston Fire Department, and multiple SWAT teams.
