HOUSTON, Texas– A former election worker in Harris County, Texas, was ordered to pay $20,000 in restitution for alleged tampering with election records.
Daryl Blackburn faced six felony charges due to alleged misconduct during the election process, which included tampering with governmental records.
The charges stem from an investigation conducted by then-District Attorney Kim Ogg and the Texas Rangers into the 2022 general election in Harris County.
