The San Antonio Zoo has revealed the most popular names so far in its annual “Cry Me a Cockroach” fundraiser, a quirky Valentine’s Day event where participants can name a cockroach, rat, or veggie after an ex or “not-so-special someone.” The named item is then fed to one of the zoo’s animals.

The top names submitted so far are: Justin, John, Brad, Bryan, and Luke.

Zoo officials say the fundraiser turns heartbreak into conservation action, with proceeds going toward animal care and wildlife conservation programs. Participants also receive a Valentine’s Day card and a special holiday-themed video featuring one of the zoo’s popular residents.

The feedings will be broadcast on the zoo’s social media accounts on Valentine’s Day, giving the public a chance to watch the action live. For now, Justin holds the top spot on the leaderboard.
