MANILA, Philippines– Ricardo Cadavero, known by his stage name Cardong Trumpo, was declared the grand winner of Pilipinas Got Talent (PGT) Season 7, receiving 99 percent of the total votes cast during the finale.
Cadavero, a construction worker, won the P2 million cash prize after delivering a performance that combined singing and acrobatic stunts.
Following his win, Cadavero said he plans to use the prize money to support his family, including setting aside funds for his children’s education and assisting extended relatives.
The other finalists also presented their performances during the finale event, which concluded the seventh season of the talent competition.
