HOUSTON — Janus International Group Inc. (NYSE: JBI) will lay off 113 employees at its Houston facility in April, the company confirmed in a WARN notice to the Texas Workforce Commission.

The Georgia-based manufacturer, which produces self-storage and industrial doors, relocatable storage units, and related products, said the layoffs are part of a consolidation of its operations at 8018 Breen Drive.

The cuts include 62 permanent and 51 temporary employees, affecting positions such as rollers, stapler felters, axle assemblers, bottom bar assemblers, material handlers, and rollformer operators.

Janus also operates another Houston facility at 3950 Interwood South Parkway, primarily focused on its Asta America commercial rolling steel doors brand. The layoffs are scheduled to take effect after April 2 and are permanent.
