MANILA, Philippines– Filipino singer Carol Banawa has earned her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine.
Banawa shared the news of her achievement on Instagram on Monday, May 19, 2025. In her post, she expressed the significance of the milestone and reflected on the challenges she faced throughout her educational journey, particularly during the pandemic.
Banawa began her nursing career in 2005 as a certified nurse aide in Arizona. Over the years, she earned various nursing qualifications, steadily progressing in her profession.
The singer also expressed gratitude towards her support system, acknowledging their role in helping her achieve this accomplishment.
