Carlos Yulo wins men’s vault gold at World Championships

Carlos Yulo won the gold medal in the men’s vault at the 53rd FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Championships on Oct. 25, in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Yulo achieved an average score of 14.866 points.

Artur Davtyan of Armenia secured the silver medal with 14.833 points.

Nazar Chepurnyi of Ukraine earned the bronze medal with 14.483 points.

Yulo led the qualifiers with a score of 14.750 points.

This victory marks Yulo’s third gold medal at the World Championships.
