MANILA, Philippines — Singer and actress Lea Salonga attended the first day of BTS’ two-night “Arirang” concert in Busan, South Korea on Friday, June 12, and described the experience as physically tiring but rewarding, according to her social media post.
Salonga shared photos on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, June 13, showing her at the venue and posing in front of a banner featuring BTS member V.
In her caption, she said she experienced physical exhaustion during the event but described the concert as worthwhile.
Salonga also wrote that she attended the show as part of the group’s fanbase, known as ARMY.
She previously said in an interview that BTS had a positive impact on her mental health in 2020, adding that she developed appreciation for the group’s songwriting and performances.
BTS held the first night of their two-day concert in Busan on June 12, with the second night coinciding with the group’s 13th anniversary celebration.
