The Seoul Tourism Organization announced on Tuesday that Jennie, a member of Blackpink, has been appointed as an honorary ambassador to promote tourism in Seoul this year.
The organization plans to release a campaign video featuring Jennie on Thursday. The campaign, under the slogan “Absolutely in Seoul,” will debut its first promotional video titled “Daltokki,” which showcases Jennie visiting various locations in Seoul, including Gyeongbokgung and Seongsu-dong.
A second promotional video will feature Jennie’s song “Seoul City” from her debut solo album, “Ruby.” Additionally, Jennie has shared behind-the-scenes photos related to the campaign.
