MANILA, Philippines– Barbie Forteza has clarified that there is no romantic relationship between her and actor Jameson Blake, following public speculation sparked by photos of them holding hands during a fun run event in Pampanga.
In a recent interview, the Kapuso actress explained that the hand-holding incident, which quickly circulated online, was simply a practical move to navigate through a dense crowd at the event and not a sign of intimacy.
She emphasized that she and Blake are just friends who share a common interest in running.
Jameson Blake also addressed the rumors, echoing Forteza’s statement and reaffirming that their interaction was purely friendly and professional.
The two actors recently worked together on the upcoming Netflix film Kontrabida Academy, which has led to several public appearances and fan speculation. However, both have made it clear that their connection is rooted in work and friendship, not romance.
