MANILA, Philippines—Celebrity mom and fitness enthusiast Aubrey Miles is now a certified yoga teacher after finishing a four-month training course.
Miles announced the milestone on Instagram on Sunday, Nov. 30, sharing photos of herself receiving her certificate from a yoga school in Quezon City.
“Today, it’s official—I’m a certified yoga teacher,” she wrote, calling the journey a “life-changing experience.” She added that the “four months of training… was so worth it,” and thanked her instructors for guiding her through the program.
The actress completed the course alongside several other trainees, whom she also featured in her post. She later celebrated the achievement with her husband, actor Troy Montero.
Miles, a mother of three—Maurice, Hunter and Rocket—continues to balance parenting, fitness, and acting. She recently appeared in the TV series “Shining Inheritance” and “Sins of the Father.”
She and Montero are also vocal advocates of autism awareness, regularly sharing updates on their daughter Rocket, who was diagnosed with autism and recently underwent stem cell therapy.
