DALLAS, Texas — Twelve protesters were arrested on July 25, 2025, after entering the Boston Consulting Group’s office building in downtown Dallas during a demonstration organized by the “Stop Starving Gaza Now!” campaign.
According to the Dallas Police Department, the individuals were detained on trespassing charges following reports of a disturbance inside and outside the building.
Police said the demonstrators entered the premises and engaged in chanting and banging pots and pans, prompting a law enforcement response.
The protest was part of a broader campaign aiming to raise awareness of the humanitarian situation in Gaza. Organizers allege that certain financial practices have contributed to deteriorating conditions in the region and targeted the consulting firm as part of their protest activities.
Police temporarily secured the building and monitored the demonstration to prevent further disruptions. Traffic in the surrounding area was affected as officers responded to the scene. No injuries or property damage were reported, and the arrests occurred without incident, according to police.
The detainees were transported to a nearby police facility, where they were processed. Officials stated that legal proceedings will follow based on the charges filed.
In a statement, police emphasized that while the right to peaceful protest is protected, entering private property without authorization constitutes a legal violation. Authorities said public safety and property access were priorities during the response.
The Boston Consulting Group has not issued a public statement regarding the protest or the arrests.
