FLORIDA — Prosecutors in Martin County are seeking Tiger Woods’ prescription drug records from Lewis Pharmacy in Palm Beach following his arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence after a car crash last week.

The subpoena, announced Tuesday, requests all prescription records for Woods from January through March, including fill dates, pill counts, dosage instructions, and any warnings about operating a vehicle while taking the medications. Objections to the subpoena must be filed with the State Attorney’s Office within 10 days. Neither the pharmacy nor Woods’ attorney, Doug Duncan, responded to requests for comment.

Woods pleaded not guilty to the DUI charge. Authorities reported that deputies found two pain pills in his pocket and observed signs of impairment after his SUV clipped a trailer and rolled onto its side on a Jupiter Island residential road with a 30 mph speed limit. Damage to the trailer was estimated at $5,000. Woods submitted to a Breathalyzer test, which showed no alcohol, but refused a urine test.

Woods said he is taking a leave to seek treatment. This follows previous incidents, including a 2009 SUV crash near Orlando after which he took a four-month break, and a 2021 Los Angeles crash that severely injured his right leg.
