LOS ANGELES — Representatives for singer Justin Bieber confirmed Friday that he is not among the alleged victims of Sean “Diddy” Combs, who currently faces federal sex trafficking charges.
The clarification follows online speculation and media reports citing Bieber’s past interactions with the music mogul.
The statement, issued to outlets including TMZ and People on May 16, addressed rumors fueled by resurfaced videos of Bieber and Combs. Bieber, who rose to international fame as a teenager and has previously performed and socialized with Combs, expressed support for others seeking justice in the case.
“Justin is not a victim,” his representative said, “but he supports those who are coming forward.”
Combs is currently under federal indictment on multiple charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and forced labor.
Prosecutors allege the music executive orchestrated a network of criminal activity over several years. The indictment, issued in May 2025, has led to an ongoing trial that has drawn widespread attention.
Authorities continue to investigate the scope of the alleged crimes, with additional charges broadening the timeline of Combs’ purported offenses.
