Apple Music announced Thursday that “APT.,” the hit collaboration between Blackpink member Rosé and American singer Bruno Mars, ranked as the No. 1 global song of 2025 on the platform, based on worldwide listening data compiled for its annual Replay rollout.
The streaming service said “APT.” marked the first time either Rosé or Mars topped its year-end global songs chart. The track also dominated several other categories, finishing No. 1 on Apple Music’s global most-read lyrics list, the Shazam Top 100 Global chart and the Apple Music Top 100 Global Radio rankings.
Apple Music said 2025 “undoubtedly belonged” to the Rosé–Mars collaboration, citing its widespread reach and listening performance across regions.
In addition to leading the global list, “APT.” secured the No. 1 spot on Apple Music’s country charts in Australia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, New Zealand, Singapore and Thailand.
Apple Music’s 2025 Replay included global and country-level rankings highlighting users’ most-played songs throughout the year. The service noted that local charts also featured varied top performers, including “Luther” in the United States, “Ordinary” in the United Kingdom and “Multo” in the Philippines.
