As the July 4th fireworks season wraps up, vendors in North Texas are reporting slower sales compared to previous years. Kristina Davis-Yusuf, whose family has long been involved in the business, noted a noticeable decline this year.

Young customer Kinley Perkins captured the spirit of the holiday, expressing her excitement about fireworks and their role in the celebrations.

Fireworks sales typically spike ahead of Independence Day, but this year’s demand has been more subdued. Vendors remain hopeful that last-minute shoppers will boost final sales figures before the season ends.

Economic uncertainty and shifting consumer habits appear to be influencing fireworks purchases, reflecting broader trends across the U.S. Despite the slowdown, vendors continue to emphasize customer service and product quality in hopes of building long-term loyalty.

Fireworks remain a cherished part of July 4th festivities, symbolizing freedom and celebration. Vendors across North Texas are committed to keeping the tradition alive, even amid changing market conditions.
