Former Ako Bicol party-list representative Zaldy Co released a video on November 15 alleging that he personally handed cash-filled suitcases to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and former House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

The video serves as the second part of his exposé involving P100 billion in budget insertions.

Co claimed that Marcos received 25% of the amount, or roughly P25 billion. He also insisted that he never kept any portion of the funds linked to the alleged insertions.

The new video has triggered intense public debate. Government officials have not issued reactions or statements addressing the accusations.

Co included photos of suitcases he said contained the cash delivered to the two officials. He further accused Marcos of taking kickbacks connected to the budget allocations.
