Texas rancher secures North Texas ranch worth $39 million

The 9,400-acre property includes 54 wind turbines, contributing to renewable energy production.

The ranch is equipped for cattle ranching, with pastures and facilities for a large herd.

It also features a wind energy farm, generating additional income through its turbines. The property includes a mineral lease, offering further financial potential.

Crooked Tree Ranch also provides extensive living accommodations, including a large home with three suites, as well as multiple smaller homes for workers or guests.
