MANILA, Philippines–The Pasig City Regional Trial Court has denied the request of televangelist Apollo Quiboloy for hospital arrest.
The ruling, issued on October 23, 2025, rejected Quiboloy’s plea to be transferred from detention to a medical facility on account of health issues.
Quiboloy is currently detained at the Pasig City Jail. In denying his motion, the court noted that his medical needs are being addressed in the jail facility.
