PACC Texas holds 2026 strategic planning, holiday celebration in Houston

The Philippine-American Chamber of Commerce of Texas (PACC Texas) successfully held its Annual Strategic Planning on December 6, 2025, at the Courtyard by Marriott in Stafford, Texas.

The strategic discussions focused on strengthening statewide initiatives, enhancing member engagement, and driving sustainable programs under PACC Texas’s unified mission for 2026.

The session was led by PACC Texas State President Aileen Ligot Dizon, Esq., and brought together Regional Chairs and delegates representing all five PACC Texas regions:

  • Greater Dallas–Fort Worth – led by Regional Chair Rob Raroque
  • Greater Houston Region – led by Regional Chair Margarita Truong
  • Greater San Antonio – led by Regional Chair Gene Carangal
  • Rio Grande Valley – led by Regional Chair Arlene Sanchez
  • Greater Austin – led by Regional Chair Joyce Garcia

In a public Facebook post, Joyce Garcia, Region Chair of Greater Austin, described the event as “successful and so much fun!”, capturing the positive and collaborative atmosphere that shaped the planning discussions.

The Strategic Planning was followed by the PACC Texas Holiday Party and Team Building, where members enjoyed a meaningful gathering to celebrate another year of service and unity.
