The Philippine-American Chamber of Commerce of Texas–Greater Houston Region (PACC Texas-GHR) proudly led the ribbon-cutting ceremony during the soft opening of Lé Chic Boutique by MJ and Kâpé Tayo SIP ‘N STYLE Lounge on Dec. 7.
