ATLANTA — Victor Wembanyama of the San Antonio Spurs recorded his 100th consecutive NBA regular-season game with at least one blocked shot on Friday, helping the Spurs defeat the Atlanta Hawks 126-98 at State Farm Arena.

Wembanyama led San Antonio with 26 points, 12 assists and two blocks. He blocked a shot in the first half to reach the milestone, extending a streak that began at the start of his NBA career.

The Spurs maintained a double-digit lead for most of the second half, with Wembanyama contributing on both offense and defense. Atlanta struggled to score inside as San Antonio’s interior defense altered multiple shots.

Officials and statisticians confirmed Wembanyama’s 100th straight game with a block, marking a significant defensive achievement early in his career.

San Antonio continues its road schedule, while Atlanta prepares for its next home game.
