NBA: Timberwolves draw playoff series even vs Curry-less Warriors

The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Golden State Warriors 117-93 on Thursday in Minneapolis, evening their second-round NBA playoff series at 1-1.

Julius Randle led the Timberwolves with 24 points and 11 assists, while Anthony Edwards added 20 points despite a brief injury scare.

Stephen Curry did not play for the Warriors due to a left hamstring strain, which is expected to keep him sidelined until at least next week.

The Timberwolves improved their 3-point shooting, making 16 of 37 attempts, a significant improvement from Game 1.

The series now shifts with both teams looking to adjust their strategies ahead of the next game.
