OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Indiana Pacers 103-91 on Sunday in Game 7 of the NBA Finals to win their first NBA title since relocating to Oklahoma City.

The Thunder demonstrated their defensive strength, which had been a key factor throughout the season, by securing the victory with a strong performance in the decisive game.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the team with 29 points and was named the Finals MVP for his exceptional performance.

The Thunder’s defensive efforts were coupled with a robust offensive game, particularly shining in the third quarter.

The Indiana Pacers, facing challenges including an injury to their star player Tyrese Haliburton, struggled with turnovers, impacting their ability to maintain momentum.

This victory marks the Thunder’s first championship and adds them to the list of seven different NBA champions in the last seven seasons.
