NBA MVP SGA honored with key to Hamilton, Ontario

NBA MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander received the key to the city of Hamilton, Ontario on Thursday. Mayor Andrea Horwath presented the key at a public rally held at Hamilton Stadium.

During the event, Mayor Horwath also announced that a street in Hamilton will be named after Gilgeous-Alexander. The Oklahoma City Thunder star achieved this honor after leading his team to an NBA title.

Gilgeous-Alexander expressed his pride in his Hamilton roots during the rally. The ceremony was a significant event for the local community.

The public rally attracted many residents who came to celebrate Gilgeous-Alexander’s accomplishments. This event marks a proud moment for both Gilgeous-Alexander and the city of Hamilton.
