Kings lock in veteran guard Schröder with solid 3‑year pact

Veteran point guard Dennis Schroder has signed a three-year contract with the Sacramento Kings, sources confirmed on Tuesday.

The deal, valued at $45 million, includes a third year that is not fully guaranteed, according to ESPN. The contract agreement places Schroder with the Kings for the upcoming NBA seasons, following his tenure with other teams.

Schroder, who has been a part of the German Olympic team, adds his experience to the Kings’ roster.

The signing is part of the team’s efforts to strengthen its lineup for future competitions. The Sacramento Kings management has not released an official statement about the acquisition as of Tuesday evening.
