Anthony Davis scored 24 points and grabbed 14 rebounds, while Cooper Flagg added 22 points and eight assists, leading the Dallas Mavericks to a 119-111 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Friday night at American Airlines Center in Dallas.

The win improved Dallas’ record to 10-16 and marked their fifth victory in six games.

Davis scored 20 of his 24 points in the second half, helping the Mavericks rally from an early deficit. He also recorded three blocks, anchoring Dallas’ interior defense. Flagg contributed as a primary playmaker, adding eight assists in addition to his 22 points.

The Mavericks overcame Brooklyn’s early lead with a strong second-half surge, outscoring the Nets in key stretches and applying increased defensive pressure. Brooklyn’s road loss followed a competitive first half but could not withstand Dallas’ comeback.

The game highlighted Dallas’ offensive balance and defensive adjustments, with the home crowd responding enthusiastically to Davis’ second-half performance. The victory continued the Mavericks’ improved form after a slow start to the season.
