MANILA, Philippines — Beauty queen-actress Michelle Dee, actress Rhian Ramos, and beauty queen-politician Samantha Panlilio are facing allegations of physically assaulting a driver over his alleged possession of sensitive photos.

Alias “Totoy,” a personal driver for Ramos, filed a complaint with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), claiming that the three women, along with bodyguards, repeatedly beat him at Ramos’ Makati residence on January 17. Totoy said he considered ending his life after the alleged assault.

Dee and Panlilio allegedly joined in the alleged physical abuse, which included pouring rubbing alcohol on him and forcing him to perform unwanted acts. The driver also alleged mistreatment by Ramos’ bodyguards and claimed he was forced to drink his own urine.

Dee had earlier filed a qualified theft complaint against Totoy over missing photos, which led to his brief detention. The Makati City Prosecutor dismissed the case three days later, ruling there was no basis for a warrantless arrest.

Totoy, now under the care of the Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC), brought the matter to the NBI, which is currently gathering information before identifying formal charges.

Dee, Ramos, and Panlilio’s lawyer said they have yet to receive a copy of the NBI complaint but are prepared to respond.
