CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Michael Jordan testified Friday in federal court in Charlotte as part of an antitrust lawsuit involving his NASCAR team, 23XI Racing, in coordination with Front Row, against NASCAR.

Jordan, a retired NBA player and co-owner of 23XI Racing, appeared as a witness and answered questions regarding the lawsuit, which alleges anticompetitive practices within the stock car racing organization. The case focuses on NASCAR’s business structure and the commercial arrangements that govern team participation and revenue distribution in sanctioned events.

Court proceedings included representatives from Jordan, 23XI Racing, Front Row, and NASCAR, who presented arguments and evidence before the presiding judge. The hearing forms part of ongoing federal litigation concerning the teams’ claims against the sanctioning body.
