Marcos vows better support for Filipinos in Japan

MANILA, Philippines– President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. assured Filipinos in Japan on Saturday that the Philippine government will continue efforts to enhance their lives.

Marcos addressed the Filipino community in Osaka, highlighting their role, particularly that of the youth, in bolstering diplomatic relations between the Philippines and Japan.

He emphasized the importance of the Filipino presence in Japan and recognized their contributions to the host country. He reiterated the government’s commitment to seeking measures that would further support and improve the conditions of Filipinos residing in Japan.

Marcos’s remarks underscored the administration’s focus on international relations and support for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs). The President’s message aimed to strengthen ties between the two nations while ensuring the welfare of Filipino citizens abroad.
