President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. instructed the Department of Public Works and Highways to expedite the Cavite Industrial Area – Flood Risk Management Project to mitigate persistent flooding in Cavite’s vital industrial zone. During a local event, he emphasized the project’s timely completion, highlighting its importance in protecting communities and bolstering economic activities.

The Cavite flood control project is integral to mitigating the flood risks that have long plagued the area.
